Team mates are very good apart from Managers or reporting persons, I had worked for 3 years for same organization, they never sent me a single training, carrier growth is worst, people are working in same organization from last 15 years or 10 years still they are in same position, no Carrier growth at all, I made a high mistake to choosed to joined in this company, I seen manager were changing often...Read More

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
