Bad and Toxic Management, Discrimination . Salary hike are bad. No career growth, it is like a trap without any learning. No appreciation for the work from the management. Absolutely no training or induction or even proper on-boarding formalities for new joinees. In these modern days, you dont get basic refreshments like tea or coffee in office unlike any other organization. Health insurance does not cover dependent parents....Read More

Work Details

I wouldnt say it was very challenging. It is a nice feeling to be part of a foreign government, but your contact with outside world is very limited. The job becomes monotonous at times. The work is micro managed.
