Its a startup where management calls for innovative ideas. Fastest developed and established company in defense and radar related projects. Talented and vast of knowledge with colleagues.So, this helped me to learn and pushed myself to put more effort in learning. Lots of celebrations and funtime in the office..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
