Dislikes

Before joining, they made several promises that were not fulfilled. The company frequently required overtime work but did not compensate fairly as initially agreed. The company does not pay the salary for the last few months of employment. The toxic work culture, lack of support, and poor leadership at Conocimiento Infotech made it a difficult place to work. Working at Conocimiento Infotech was certainly an eye-opening experience—I now have a clear idea of what I don’t want in a workplace. "The management is extremely toxic, and internal politics are pervasive. If you have other options, I strongly recommend considering them.
