The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

HR team don’t know own policies, they always behave they are new joiner in company. Passing employees from one team to another (Internal HR team). When you have death and life option then only join this organisation specially JLR Thane process. No job security at all, your job is secured until client mood is good. They don’t understand SLA , one mistake they will fire on the floor. No manners, no professional behaviour. Recently client behaviour is poor.
