I was asked to report to office and do the work during the covid-19 pandemic. No transportation facility is being provided by company and i am unable to report to office due transportation issue..so i have resigned the job at TBSS

Dislikes

HR is directly calling and telling that if u are unable to come to office we will raise separation. There is no local transport available and these HR and managers are being calling employees to report to office. Those who are not coming to office they are being raising absconding.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
