Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month....Read More

Need to improve in Appraisals, Employee salary increment should be done, help in employment for position, restrooms' should be improved with good hygienic , and cafeteria staff should be changed , food is not well cooked , no neatness and no hygienic is followed . girls should get 1 way cab facility . rest all everything is good , need to improve the above mentioned statement.

Very terrible experience, it is sales more than customer service, they do not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane...Read More

Nothing much to like. Post equiring from TATAs the corporate culture was totally lost.Just for sake share price game there was a merger and with in short span of time got demerged, totally clueless. In this process many jobs got effected which management is least bothered the leadership just need their target,topline and incentives. The leadership in the organisation are just spineless and parasites depends on middle and down the line team members efforts and just spending time in the organisation for decades together they never bother advocate for their team effort and recognise. The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More
