It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month....Read More

I does not like the pressure, which they maintain in the floor, managers are worst in their role, no permission for leaves ,showing partiality in floor,its better to sit in home rather than working in such a worst office.

Need to improve in Appraisals, Employee salary increment should be done, help in employment for position, restrooms' should be improved with good hygienic , and cafeteria staff should be changed , food is not well cooked , no neatness and no hygienic is followed . girls should get 1 way cab facility . rest all everything is good , need to improve the above mentioned statement.

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary. Hi guys please read this before you join this organisation i have joined this organisation in my past i joined as a fresher in this company in a "TITAN PROCESS" first they give you training after that in my OGT period i have not cleared my certification in first time and second time i was trying and giving my 100% to company the quality analyst and team leader is listening my calls and making fun of that i was listening all those things behind the desk the tl and was not knowing that I'm listening i feel demotivate on this the floor manager don't know what's going on floor and in starting tl start giving you a work pressure also i was about to inform the manager but i thought it will negative impact for my collicks so that the reason I left this company after that they abscond me ""THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS ORGANISATION IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR CAREER"" this was my worst experience in my life...Read More
