salaries and apprisals are low if we as for apprisal they will say not on their hands it is taken form higher officials. But our performance will be known to over manager only not to higher officials please think that ona and provide the apprisals.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
