The company culture is somehow positive with cooperative employees.

Dislikes

This organization is a "hire and fire" one. They expect you to work beyond your working hours and if you deny doing that, they will put you in PIP, ultimately terminating you. Moreover, they don't communicate properly. In the initial phases, they'll agree to your capabilities and then they say you're not matching our expectations. Moreover, the project managers have no idea about what they are doing and doesn't communicate when barriers arise. When it comes to salary, they provide you with something that's less than the industry standards. You can't develop any skills while working at the organization.
