Over all Conduent is a good company to work. There is job security ,salaries are provided on time. There is also work life balance and appreciation for the work. Team creates a good and healthy atmosphere for working.

Low pay for what we expect as compared to other firms. No increment in salary based on wok. No rewards or gifts provided.
