I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good work experience and culture are political and management are not so supportive no cafeteria company policies are not good and salary hike and bonus not received.
