Perhaps, the only thing to like about this organization is the timely pay out. That's all!

1) Lack of learning opportunities. Other organizations in similar domain have tie ups with LinkedIn Learning or Udemy courses that are accessible for free to its employees, whereas Concentrix continues to heavily rely on its own moribund learning platform that has continued for ages. 2) A culture of promoting and rewarding the most visible rather than the most deserving has spread like an insidious cancer that has crippled and deprived the entire body of the services of some of its most valuable resources. 3) High rate of attrition as people do not often feel valued as they are passed over for promotion and rewards at the expense of non-deserving employees. This is amply evident from data and statistics available in the form of reports and dashboards. 4) The salary structure is sub-par, as the company continues to slog with 6-working day domestic processes. 5) Most of the manager across different domains have built a cocooned barricade around themselves and their favorite employees. Consequently, talent suffers at the cost of comfort-level and hidden biases of the so called "leaders". 6) Increment is woeful, pandemic or otherwise. 7) The company seems to try and retain miscreants who do not improve and have serious will issues, in order to project an "employee-friendly" image on sites like Ambition Box and Comparably. I was lucky to have some good peers out there. That's what i cherish

Initially, the company looks good and great, however when you start working and understand the culture they have you see the real picture. I am specifically talking about the Thane site, don't know about the other sites. Management is not supportive and doesn't look for changes. Doesn't appreciate ideas.
