Everything is worst. Firstly there is no job security and Secondly they hire unlimited agents for email (UK process) and after that they say we are getting paid for 80 agents. We will select whom to so ever stay and rest meed to resign. What the hell !! Then why you hire 120 agents ?? Salary disgusting the admin or account team so ever, don’t know who to calculate your salary always there was a discrepancy and even we escalate we will not paid for our exact salary and there is no incentives if you able to earn they will deduct because they calculate incentives on floor 10% basis’s 🤣🤣🤣 Breaks : uff they don’t give breaks they will kill us when ever we ask for breaks!!
