Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Need some more training for employees, to reduce the work load and should also improve the team bounding leadership. And finally CNX should provide better transport facilities to employees. So that employees can engage with organisation for long term.

Transport facilities were not better.
