I am working in concentrix as a associate. I am now in phonepe process. I heard that all the processes work culture are so good but we saw in only phonepe they has the worst work culture. In every situation operation manager, managers and TL come to the associate's and they harrass them very wrongly and asked them to resign. Even myoperation manager (Rajesh Gupta) and TL (Ashish Thakur) also asked me many time to resignation in small small reasons. Even my floor manager gave me thread that we are planning to make you and few more people out of the organisation and we are trying to do as soon as possible....Read More

One of the superb organizations across India. I had worked there for 1 year and 4 months and the experience I gathered there was amazing♥️♥️😘😘. It takes care of its employees like anything. I feel very lucky to be a part of Concentrix. My whole journey in Concentrix was so smooth, beautiful and easy only because of our Assistand Manager. His name is Gopal Shankar Bhaumik. He is in the Concentrix which is in Millenium City, sector 5, Saltlake, Kolkata. There was too much call pressure. I would have been frustrated if mymanger was there with me to support me. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
