You always have to be favourite of your team leader to get leaves not a good culture. They don't fire you or kick out of the organisation they will give so many chances that you won't belive it why this is happening lol

Company is good but there is too much politics. People are not good. So much biasedness. Mental pressure & pointing us targeting when you raised concerns about unfair practices. TL's are worst. Specially TL Jyoti Kumari & Hemang Mehta. Biased & worst TL. Hemang is most unprofessional & biased TL. Doing partiality in team & taking advantage of their position and harassing employees.

Thurky Managers Give Promotions Only To Girls and Buttering People. Good Deserving Candidates Are Not Promoted Because Some Manager Think That They Can Not Able To Compete Those Smart & Eligible Candidates. As per My view Webelp is a Good Company but people in HR are not capable because most of them are not coming with HR Qualification and HR Degree. Due to that reason they hire and promote wrong people many times. In operations management team these type of wrong practice done many times. Also ask to their employees please rate good in social and corporate platforms. This type of conditions harm company in long run. I request to the top management and directors of this company, try to bring genuine people who have guts to talk about reality and give good suggestions with implication skills.
