Could do things better but unable to do so due to business requirement. Additionally could sort some things but didn't want to get your hands dirty. A pinch politics is also there.

The team leader are very partial and they are very rude all the time they are roaming here and there being a advisor we don't have authority to ask to our senior but they don't give a bit of time to their team mates if someone is slow learner and but learn all'the things but slowly they thought he or she is good for nothing they areso many problems with the team leaders that is the reason I quit my job I would like to continue but they planned very well for me and there is no option for me resignation is the only option I will surely raised this problem on social media about my problem and loved one's webhelp is the best company but the people who are team leader etc they are not supportive and cooperative thank you soo much to giving this opportunity to share my experience through this.there are lots of things to say...l hope you will surely take care of this so that no another sapna leave their job because of this kind of people....Read More

Management is very bad You have to apply for leaves in 6 months advance and still they are not approved by the management. This is an exploitation which they do and if you ask questions then you will not be entertained and listened at all Worst management one can ever work under They really deserve to get some legal actions for how they treat employees

Biased management. Promotes only their favorite team members. Even the most deserving candidates would be overlooked if you do not make it to their "favourites" list, which means you have to butter and boost their ego day in and day out. The operation manager doesn't even know how to structure a proper relieving letter. I think thatsays enough about the company and the management. The HR team are nowhere to be found to help with any of your issues. 2 years in the company and none of the HRs ever showed their faces. Poor incentive slab, poor salary package. Job security is not there. They removed more than 30 people from the process as client asked them to cut head count. They will also not provide you proper documents like payslips and experience letter. They will tell you experience letter you will receive in 45 days once the FNF is completed. And now I am unable to join any other company due to lack of documents.
