Apart from getting salary on the right day, I did not find anything to like. HR‘s are a complete joke, management is worthless! Forget about hikes, no job security unless u r good at flattery and licking feet of management!

Where do i start! Even after working for around 5 years, they ask you to leave even if you have performed really great throughout! HR Department is a joke. Management is highly unstable in Kolkata location, they are horrible at maintaining a process! HR SUALEHA KARMAKAR and HR RAHUL CHAKRABORTY are the MOST WORTHLESS People over there. They lack politeness, don’t even know how to talk professionally, extremely rude and are a failure when it comes to employee retention! Life was horrible, no job security! Mostly night shifts bit NO night allowance! One side transport. Salary hike is a joke! HR is worthless and Management doesn’t know anything!
