My teammates when i was sme they really helped me ( zeba, malay, rishi, sameer sir). Thanks to them and some other executives. The work enviorment is good.

The politics which is been played on high level, which absolutely affect the low level employees. Secondly, after becoming an sme i learned nothing, i have just wasted my 6 months. No upskill training, no support, no good incentive. I think it was worst decision that i applied for sme, because after becoming an sme i learned nothingand even i earned nothing. It's my small request if anybody reading this just make some good incentive program on the basics of the skills of an sme because even TL have 5000 rs nornal incentive but at only1200 rs incentive they work really hard and at the end then don't even get those 1200 and absolutely there are no other programs ir incentive plans for an sme to earn more....Read More
