Good work environment and teammates are very supportive .

Dislikes

Appraisal are fair but salary hike is low for experienced admins rest is extremely good .

Work Details

Overall m satisfied but i have to look forward for my future too so m looking for salary hike if possible, if not i might go for another options and opportunities in some different companies to experience some different work culture as well.

Concentrix is a best bpo company. Teammates, trainer and managers all are good and for fresher it was good .

Dislikes

There are very low chances of promotion managers nominate and support those who are close to them and after them they give chance to other. So politics is very bad salary increment is also very low . 5%or maximum is 7% in a year.

Work Details

I am working as youtube admin Joined as a fresher to support myself and parents because I am pursuing my mca . There are very low chances to get promoted and you are able for promotion after. A year and they choose who are close to manager .

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
