I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

Work culture is not good and leave balance as well the most imp thing is that if you are unwell and want leave you will not get any how and if u submit medical also it will be marked unplanned leave no matter what if u have leave balance as well still it will be marked unplanned and management sucks in concentrix

The best about the company is the work culture.. I have worked for 2 years and I never feel demotivate in this 2 years.. My manager, My trainer, my QA's and my colleges all are perfect💯💯..

Good for beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. Company failed to tech culture to the new directors .. especially people who joined after Covid.. Employees spend more then 10 years will definitely acknowledge my thoughts .. Concentrix is a very good organization and I have learnt a lot here. I started my career with Concentrix as a claim processing analyst in claim adjudication and now handling a an entire line of Business. Management are very supportive.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

There was deslike about concentrix where there are some politics. However our manager was very rude and manipulate us. She played mind games. WFH was allowed in concentrix but she never gave permission when she offered when I requested continue three months before she promised then rejected when the I drop mail that I lead HR she provided but for a month only. I felt very disappointed she never understood truly. I gave all my best to boost team performance and help our process. She always shouted when we ask for our rights. She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company....Read More

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Managers and Team Leads chosen from outside instead of from the existing workpool. They gossip about anything and everything even your personal life. Don't reveal any thing personal to anyone.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.
