If you are a good resource they would defend you all the time and you have the job security.

Dislikes

The job security is of no use as they don't care about you till you put your papers, yearly appraisals of 2,3,4 or max. 5% that can't even beat inflation, along with the favouritism that you get to see will make you leave for sure.

The organisation is only focusing on Cost with a eye to cut cost at any level with no focus of employees welfare

Dislikes

Cost Cutting , Forced Weekend working and always looking for replacing resources with a low cost resource. For CNX US, CNX India is a back office and it should only be used for saving cost of cost increases remove the resources and make the remaining resources do the additional tasks

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

Dislikes

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Poor behaviour of Managers and supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. If you raise complaint against any senior you will be barred for promotions etc. Office cabs take atleast 1 hour to depart after the shift....Read More

Currently, I am working in this company in the MMT process. During my training, Aniruddha Dana was our trainer. He used to humiliate everyone, use abusive language, and was a very poor trainer. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. After we complained, the trainer was replaced, but only for one week, and then we were moved to OJT (On-the-Job Training). My mental health is deteriorating day by day.
