Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Dislikes

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

Karle Tech park : Hebbal 1. Infrastructure was very good maintained systematically. 2.Parking was safe but it will take some time to take your vehicle in parking lot 3.Selective food was good . 4.cultural activities were there . 5.Security system was good . 6.Facilities were handled good

Sorry , I did not find anything interesting I faced few physiological problems after joining company and after joining the company I have got the knowledge that I can write a new book how to handle people in concentrix . 2.Out side the office main road all the vehicles will be coming in one way need to be care full while travelling at least 2 to 3 accidents in week .

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

During the hiring process, promises were made that were not kept. The salary is insufficient for the workload, and there is no clear future growth within the company. If you stand up for your rights against management, they will often create problems for you, harassing or even blackmailing you. In the end, you either have to resign or be terminated. There is no job security here.
