Working in Convergys is like a heaven. Just give your best to be the best. If you get an opportunity to work under Rajesh AP then you will really love your job more than your family. I am so honored to work with him for 3.5 years.

In my program, till the manager level (only Aji), people are great but working with a Sr. manager like Venky is really horrible. He always goes by other's words rather than using his own brain. I think he should change in judging people as he is the worst in it. Unfortunately even a few very upper-level management than Venky is alsothe same case.
