Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Dislikes

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them ....Read More

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

The best about the company is the work culture.. I have worked for 2 years and I never feel demotivate in this 2 years.. My manager, My trainer, my QA's and my colleges all are perfect💯💯..

But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. What's admirable and likeable about this company is that it does not matter how much work you do, you will be treated and compensated as same as the person who sits on his desk doing absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Upper management has no idea what they're doing and how to be prepared for upcoming changes in projects. The bond culture is ancient but it is still well alive in this company, when there is no investment in training the bonded employees.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

Appraisals & promotion happens very rare, concentrix prefers hiring external prospects with high salary package but they don't increase salaries of their tenure employee's.
