Concentrix is a good place to work if you have no other open left as a fresher or have no other option left or for above manager career, good motivation among peer.

Joining as an admin is the worst experience one can get for a fresher ,totally unfair salary it's better to not work then get those two rupees salary loads of work pressure, no professionalism

Job is ok. But people come with hopes and crack the interview. And this people remove them after certification if they fail. They should be given chances. It's not IPS exams or Govt exams.
