I got promoted as a QA then I got health issue when I came back I had too give interview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)

Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. Domestic side of things is in complete mess. I was working in Brookfield location, Director Mr Nandy, a very very selfish man, not a leader definitely. People are quitting because of his autocratic ways of working. Needs to learn to groom people and not shout at them. Plus, poor HR leadership at this site.
