Highly secure job for the employee's. Work culture is so good in all the process except phonepe process which is operated in DLF 1 kolkata

I am working in concentrix as a associate. I am now in phonepe process. I heard that all the processes work culture are so good but we saw in only phonepe they has the worst work culture. In every situation operation manager, managers and TL come to the associate's and they harrass them very wrongly and asked them to resign. Even myoperation manager (Rajesh Gupta) and TL (Ashish Thakur) also asked me many time to resignation in small small reasons. Even my floor manager gave me thread that we are planning to make you and few more people out of the organisation and we are trying to do as soon as possible....Read More

Discrepancy in salary, bad management, not employee centric, no value of hardwork, works on favoritism, if you want promotion you don't need hardwork, just you need to know how to butter your manager. This company used to be good but now lacks quality. Hence all the employees are resigning.

One of the superb organizations across India. I had worked there for 1 year and 4 months and the experience I gathered there was amazing♥️♥️😘😘. It takes care of its employees like anything. I'm too much grateful to Concentrix for the great work culture it has and the ambience they provide. The people working over there were fabulous. I still love Concentrix♥️♥️
