My personal experience as of now which I have faced with my manager and TL they both are so supportive because when I joined in this company I have no idea how to grow in carrier an all but after working one month I went and asked my TL how can I improve my self as well as in my carrier so she had given lot of informations as she have lot of experience in corporate field. Then I got to know about what I have to do towards my carrier and about concentrix till now I didn't feel any pressure in my work because I am feeling the same as I feel in my college days because of friendly type colegues and one thing is good about concentrix that is for a fresher the salary package is good because in other companies they are not providing that also so love to be a part of concentrix ❤️....Read More

After working one year I didn't find any better increment obviously they had increased but not that much and in my point of view they have to increase atleast for that people who are well and good in process also expecting an one leave in the month of any Saturdays hope this will change in future
