Concentrix is good platform for fresher but the inside politics and few people in hiring team make this company worst..few here back it is one of the best company to work..I have been working in this company for last 5 years and I seen lots of changes and everything goes into wrong direction.. if you are taking these suggestions seriously then please work on few factors.. 1. If you are promoting someone please look at this 1 year performance ..here those people are getting promoted who hasn't any talent for the process..they don't even have proper knowledge of process and when they people get promoted and they behave rudely with the one who works with all focus and dedication for years ..it will demotivate them. 2. Please change the hiring manager as I already have seen that ..many are involved in fake hiring ..they hired people they know without knowing his background and all .and those admins rune the floor behaviour.. slowly it will cost concentrix one day. 3. If you are taking any survey then please be it transparent and work on those issues which people are facing. 4 . Concentrix are now become biased because of few people in upper management. Everything at Concentrix is as good as it could be, the environment is good, diversity is good, you don't have to worry about the job security as cnx never fires anyone except it's something really serious or critical.

Dislikes

The management could be an issue if you get stuck with a stupid leader who doesn't even have basic knowledge about anything and is just looking to degrade you, the management everywhere is snake, don't believe them, they are the ones who'll eat you up just for their benefits.

Everything almost (As mentioned above) as it was my financial urgency and i worked there otherwise i would have not ever . Also they will hire you for a career role which have a negligible scope anywhere in the world , no work satisfaction, a bad environment and nothing to learn as content moderation was the worst designation no one knows about it.
