Amazing culture. Team engagement and support. Professionalism is followed but also diplomatic with personal aspects with the employees. CNX has been memorable and will always be one of the best places I've ever worked.

I don't have any issue with my company but with my management where from the last 1year I am doing only 1pm to 10pm shift requested so many times to at least make it rotational to morning shift for some days in the week but no one cares about it with a one day week off and with this time shift which starts in the afternoon ends in the night it's so tough to manage personal life things Work life balance became 0 for me....Read More

I like the positivity on the floors of concentrix. I loved how easy and simple their training process. I absolutely loved how patient, empathetic, positive and professional my team leader, Mr Dinyar Mistry was. My heart goes out to concentrix and it's management for building such an employee friendly and productive work space for all.

The environment and rest of the facilities are quite modern and very good.

But I have seen some reporting bosses who use the team very badly and the boys and girls of other teams besides the team.I will mention two names with this perpous. Sabana Yasmin.CSC Process at Kolkata Center. And Subal Chandra Das.infact I left Concentrics for these.but Debjyoti Roy is too good person.

I Have very good Experience in CNX . I learnt some many food Things in CNX . Good Working Culture. Salary Is Okey around 14k which is for freshers Fine. Job Security 💯 No doubt about it

A process was ramped down, so CNX arranged an interview for me in another process where I got selected. However, CNX still asked me to provide a reason. They conducted interviews multiple times, but none of the processes actually needed employees. The interviews were just a formality, and I was not given a joining in any process. I am not satisfied.

While choosing your process please do not make an urgency , I worked in comcast (fenwick or convergy's) process where they took me telling it's upselling and forced to make sales and also they have targets to achieve and i feel this is not a good process

Pathetic experience in terms of appraisals, work life balance. Your job role would have limited expectations however the managers and company would expect you to do job of 2 people and expect no benefits in compensation and yearly rating in return
