Working at Concentrix has been a challenging experience, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help others make an informed decision. 1. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Concentrix is virtually nonexistent. The 9.5-hour workdays, unique to the company in India, are not only exhausting but also violate standardlabor policies. Employees are allowed only two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break, for which they must seek permission to take. Moreover, staying back after shifts for meetings has become the norm, further eroding personal time and creating undue stress. 2. Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Everyone helps each for freshers it is like school boy joined college. And you will never get this freedom any other company. You can get easily WFH. I'm working for 2.6 months in this period I just did work WFO only 9 Months.

Well salary is issue solely heavy. You will get less salary as compared any other MNCs company. But if get own vihecle then it is advantage for you can get 4000₹ extra as T.A. and work environment depends on which process in you are.

Worse company to work with. I was forced to work 7 days straight without any leaves and the management altered the data just to hide their mistakes and they blamed me for no reasons. I will be raising a legal case against the company to labour court because forcing anyone to work 7 days is not legal.

Once you get in they will not treat you as a human being and no one will listen to you. They will give petty excuses such as client requirement and other things and will make you work.

Concentrix is a best company for the freshers. They will get a lot of learning about how corporate works, but do not stay here for too long. If you are looking for position only, then you can stay, here you will get a lot of opportunities to grow your career, but if you have money in your mind as well, then Switching after 2 years is must.
