If they just provide a little more salary, they will be the leading company, because in the current world of inflation, their salary structure is bit hard to maintain the life.

The workload has significantly increased due to the constant addition of new responsibilities, yet there has been no corresponding adjustment to our salaries. It feels as though we are being compelled to meet every client demand without any consideration for the impact on employees or our feedback. I was promoted just nine months after joining Concentrix. While I was thrilled to receive the promotion so quickly, I was extremely disappointed with the accompanying salary increase. It was a mere pittance, amounting to only a few hundred rupees. Honestly, it felt like an insult, especially considering the added responsibilities that came with the new role.
