Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

I like the positivity on the floors of concentrix. I loved how easy and simple their training process. I absolutely loved how patient, empathetic, positive and professional my team leader, Mr Dinyar Mistry was. My heart goes out to concentrix and it's management for building such an employee friendly and productive work space for all.

I noticed there is no future working there. My manager has no manner to speak or how to talk to a human being. He made my life hell continue telling me that he will cut my salary half well bother I am already working at lower wage so no thanks.

They don't have any solution and tool for the process we work, customer keep asking but we are not able to provide them resolution sinc they ultimately don't have any solutios. Employee jobs are not secure they keep firing even on a minor mistake.

Almost everything! No work life balance, work pressure, micromanagement, tortures, politics. Everything you can think negative for an organisation will be present here. Working hours are 10.5 hours. 7:30 PM to 5 AM. They won't allow to take you leave. Training for freshers is good.

They don't provide the appraisal. And no medical facilities for freshers families. And the HR is lack of knowledge for any ESIC facilities and they change the HR policies any time and cheating with the employees who are freshers.
