2% hike is all they give The manager makes your life a hell if you don’t follow her instructions blindly Micromanaging at its peak as the manager does not like team interaction at all. She believes in divide and rule She only needs ppl who listen to her and not use their brain at all No work to help you grow professionally

Good for beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. A process was ramped down, so CNX arranged an interview for me in another process where I got selected. However, CNX still asked me to provide a reason. They conducted interviews multiple times, but none of the processes actually needed employees. The interviews were just a formality, and I was not given a joining in any process. I am not satisfied.

While choosing your process please do not make an urgency , I worked in comcast (fenwick or convergy's) process where they took me telling it's upselling and forced to make sales and also they have targets to achieve and i feel this is not a good process

Nothing is there to like. only you will get the salary on time.

During the hiring process, promises were made that were not kept. The salary is insufficient for the workload, and there is no clear future growth within the company. If you stand up for your rights against management, they will often create problems for you, harassing or even blackmailing you. In the end, you either have to resign or be terminated. There is no job security here.
