Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.
Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
Work policy: As per the business requirements they gave me 5 months of work from home.

Working at Concentrix has been a challenging experience, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help others make an informed decision. 1. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Concentrix is virtually nonexistent. The 9.5-hour workdays, unique to the company in India, are not only exhausting but also violate standardlabor policies. Employees are allowed only two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break, for which they must seek permission to take. Moreover, staying back after shifts for meetings has become the norm, further eroding personal time and creating undue stress. 2. Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment....Read More

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution
Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

I was promoted just nine months after joining Concentrix. While I was thrilled to receive the promotion so quickly, I was extremely disappointed with the accompanying salary increase.
