There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. During the hiring process, promises were made that were not kept. The salary is insufficient for the workload, and there is no clear future growth within the company. If you stand up for your rights against management, they will often create problems for you, harassing or even blackmailing you. In the end, you either have to resign or be terminated. There is no job security here.

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
