Latest technology stack. Freedom to innovate as long as client allows. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

While top management is a great, the middle management sucks. They will keep their ears shut when you start discussing your concerns. They may even threaten you, that you are spoiling your chances. But there are some good managers too, who ran away because of the same vicious people.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Depends upon the project. Some projects don't know the meaning of work life balance. Some are super cool.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
