1. Compensation is average. 2. Need to improve on the upskilling tools. Even though the management says you need to upskill your skills, they do not have a GOOD dedicated tool for us to learn and get certified. 3. No proper transparency. India management doesn't keep up to their promise especially during appraisal cycle. 4. No matter how much you work, very limited appreciation from the India management.
