Due to sheer volume of employees grown in past couple of years the Work culture has changed From a Casual Fun environment to a More Corporate "To Do list" Environment, Its understandable that this is a necessary change. This not a Complain of any sort in fact this is necessary, but this is something I dislike.

My work is mostly challenging as I have to make animations and Graphics designs which appeal to a wide range of audience, also being a senior employee there's always a certain level of expectations I always have and like to full fill. Its quit

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
