Can’t think of one cause thinking about it just takes me to my worst mental state

If you ever think about joining don’t. I was excited after passing the interview and was told that they have young energetic team that’s always working together portraying that they are friendly. The first week that I was there, I heard so much bad news about the person who’s in charge for handing over the task/client to me, her name starts with W. not just her but the manager and even the so-called HR. HR is run by one person, and she doesn’t have the HR title. It’s “operations & admin”... My second day there, the manager showed her true colors by having bad comments about another race. So yeah, she’s racist. About W, straight up b****. Sabotaged my work and always tries to make me look stupid at my job, doesn’t handover tasks properly and likes to blame other people but herself. She treats me like her the maid lol. HR, straight up rude and always talk with condescending tone. These three are best friends and have each others back. I also heard so many stories from other colleagues (mind the s) who got bullied by them. I bet the turnover rate for employees is high (heard it from everyone there). The company have good chance of growing if these 3 are evaluated properly. Hire suitable managers by for each department. Get a proper HR team. Employees wont feel safe and happy until then.
