Collabera is a staffing shop and not a company. Salary comes on 1st and that is the only thing

Collabera is staffing agency and not a company. They just take commission on you being deployed at client site. Very few leaves are there. No medical insurance. No job security. Your last day at client will be your last day at collabera. HRs are very lazy and they do not bother to redpond to emails/phone calls. No company email id is provided and no escalation matrix is given either.

You will have to work with people who are really average and learning is very limited. HR is only for Holi Diwali celebrations. Can’t expect much!

I am working on site with different company as a contractor and Collabera is my payroll company. Since the day I join Collabera is not resolving my issue and they don’t even take my HR calls. HRs are not responding even though mails and at the time of appraisals they they simply ignore your performances and recognition from the client.

Collabera is a launching pad for good recruiters they offer good training and skill development programs and other companies offer good amount of money.

Dislikes

Increment is very less and company does not provide cab, food or any other facilities. Salary structure is way too low as compared to other companies.

Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

Company is partial to all the employees.unofficially they ask for work on saturdays.manager and hr is not supporting at all.i suggest not to work there it will affect your career as there is no such learning into that company and there is a bond of 60k for 11 months.before if you leave company is not going to provide relieving or experience letter that means it's totally waste of time to work there.
