Mt preferred location is pune and banglore but I got Chennai loc and my manager tell me If I'm going to Chennai then he give me work otherwise he doesn't give me work.

There Training Program is good as they teach you about Java/Python Development or whatever tech you have been given. But It is not sure that You will get project in developing those even after 3 -3.5 months of proper training they can ask you to work as application support.

Dislikes

They can give you project in application support even they taught you proper development. They don't even give chance to accept/reject at first time. And when you'll get to know It will be too late 'cause they will further suggest you to keep working in it at least for 2 years. And if you ask for release from the project to go for adevelopment role they only give you 35 +7 days to search for project. And Project Managers will tell you that you don't have development experience and hence they can't take you in their project. Such a horrible situation and you will be forced to resign after that....Read More

For Freshers: Low Pay, No relocation assistance, No perks and benefits, No Transparency in project allocation, no option to choose technology of choice for training. Generally Speaking: The standard working hours are 9 hours (excluding the lunch break), which already is more than the industry but even then you are expected to work 14+ hours a day in name of "flexibility". I worked 9:00 AM to 10:30PM for 3 continuous weeks. The Europe/UK offices dont work a second over 8 hours but Indians are expected to work more with less compensation.
