I like working in Cognizant, I won’t say this is best place to work, but if you are looking for settle or tired of weird culture or any issue. This company is better then those.

Dislikes

Here Manager literally owns the company, straight forward rule, you have do everything that your manager says, to manager and get progress. Variable and Bonus get cut down to 20-30% only. Even if you perform the best.

Company is good it's totally depend how you handled your work & responsibility. I did not find any issue till now.

It's a good company to work and have good opportunities to up skill internally.

Dislikes

HR policies are not up to the mark. Personally I have faced issues related to adding parents as dependents in Medi Assist, HR rejected my HRA with some silly reasons. Insurance claim procedure is good.

Management has absolutely no ground knowledge. They think they are the master of everything. Too much of politics and lobbying. Management gives minimum value to the people who actually focus on deliveries. They like yes boss kind of people in the projects.
