Everything..when you're in a project, you're overburdened with work since they take less resource as per requirement and when you don't have project, you are under the knife to be terminated. They have hired so many candidates and mostly everyone's on bench. Dislikes

Many fresher candidates are on bench for more than 1.5 years from their onboarding. Freshers are not getting any project, no work. Cognizant not a good choice for freshers. Try other competitive companies and also check their track record for freshers. Appraisal cycle is delayed due to recession and budget. Promotion of many employees is getting postponed and delayed.

Dislikes

Cognizant is not giving proper appreciation to the work of their employees and the hybrid work model is not at all good because the way of calculating the number of working days from office is very bad. Also they changes promotion criteria in every quarter and giving excuses for the appraisals.
