As per my role in Cognizant, I received rapid growth in the role that I play in the company, being just a fresher. Aomething which others can only dream of. That's what I like most about Cognizant

Dislikes

The promotions and the compensations are low, no matter how much one grows role wise. It doesn't matter if the senior management such as VPs have a visibility to you. You will get promotion or hike only by the company policies and guidelines set out in accordance to the number of years of experience. No highlighting of exceptional perfirmers.

Work Details

It's quite exciting at times and challenging too. A consultant role at Cognizant is really exciting.
