Work culture and management is good and they are also providing a lot of stuffs to learn this can help our carrer more improved.

Dislikes

No dislikes but salary package is bit low for arts and science candidates. It can be improved for good.

I met amazing people in cognizant. That's what I love about cognizant. After all everything is all about people you meet

Dislikes

Working with a cognizant is a good . But when fresher's join company with lot of expectations of learning and passion they are not groomed with the same passion. This period of newly join candidate could be used to mould them in skilled professional but I think here nobody takes care of this

cts is very well versed in terms of quality of work A person who works here , I have a gut feeling can work in any environment as the projects in Cognizant are mainly us based so there is a high scope of learning
