Great organization as a fresher one can learn lot from here. Work culture is great. Salary and promotion is good compared to other company if management is good then you will get promotion as per company policy. Medical and other Benefits are very good.

If you are lucky enough to get a good manager, then Eureka! You will get a 4/5star rating in appraisal even if you don't do anything the whole year. But you get an egoistic manager, then you'll end up getting 2star rating only even of you've shown excellent performance and got enough recognition from client for excellent work - thiswould eventually affect mental peace! Security - upto Associate level you can consider that job is quite secured. Leaves - they provide a good number of leaves. They are helping people amidst the pandemic situation with the leave donation pool also. Extra - they organise yoga/ livewell sessions but I have never joined those so no idea about that. Its overall a good experience , working with cognizant.Specifically work culture is great and it's nice to grow up on your own career wise in ahead future. But in terms of compensation / benefits there should be some more modifications need to be done .

Dislikes

Working experience should be scrutinized in a more detailed way for individual growth. Responses and responsibilities from managers/ leads are not up to the mark. Opportunities should be evaluated in a much broader way .
