Work life balance is good. Job security is good. Mentor Mentee programme is introduced Job moves above SA level is there which helps for sooner promotions. Good amount of leaves. No interference of managers with leaves. We are free enough to take leaves until we are impacting project deadlines.

Dislikes

Getting promotions and Rating is difficult because we have lot of competitors in our own team. Change of projects is difficult.

Salary Negotiation

Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ?
